RigIndex is an independent tool that tracks prebuilt gaming PCs from multiple retailers, compares component pricing, and ranks systems by real benchmark performance relative to price.
The prebuilt market is fragmented across dozens of retailers, each with different naming conventions, specs, and pricing. RigIndex scrapes them all into one place, normalises the data, and applies benchmark scores so you can compare apples to apples.
Where possible, we break down the individual components and search multiple price comparison sites to find what it would cost to build the same PC yourself. Not all builds have full DIY pricing — OEM systems and builds with missing specs may only have partial breakdowns — but when the data is there, you can see exactly how much (or how little) you pay for the convenience of a prebuilt.
All data is refreshed daily. Prices, availability, and rankings update automatically. No affiliate links, no sponsored placements.
RigIndex is built and maintained by a solo developer in Sweden. The project is free to use, has no ads, and earns no affiliate revenue.
Running the site costs money (server hosting, data scraping infrastructure) and takes a significant amount of time to develop and maintain. If you find RigIndex useful, consider supporting the project:
One-time donations, no account required. Zero platform fees.
Every contribution helps keep the servers running and the data fresh. Thank you!
